PupMeet

Meet, Pupmeet- an app that strives to help dog owners from local neighborhoods connect with each other in an easy, safe, and fun way. Essentially, it is the "Nextdoor" for pups and their owners. To create this app, I teamed up with the talented interface designer, Skylar Diacou.

On Pupmeet, users can create a personalized profile for their dog, ask or answer questions in the community forum, find pup-friendly stores and restaurants nearby, and connect with local pups for playdates (or as we call them, pupmeets!) They can even earn badges for completing fun challenges or attending local dog events.

 

With Pupmeet, Skylar and I hope to build communities of dog owners that can confide in each other for questions or recommendations, and socialize themselves and their dogs frequently at local events or meetups. With a simple and easy-to-use interface, upbeat and saturated color palette, and playful logo design, we want people to feel welcome and happy on the Pupmeet app. In all, we hope Pupmeet can make life for pups and their owners just a little more pup-tastic!
